Finstek is a leading technology provider focusing on providing cutting-edge MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Label solutions, order routing and execution, liquidity aggregation, reporting and other fintech solutions for institutions operating in the financial markets.

The Sales Manager is responsible to lead the Sales team’s efforts in the company’s current and future financial technology solutions as well as establish and apply the processes and procedures of the Sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the company’s client base and revenues 
  • Responsible for training of the Sales team members 
  • Responsible for implementing the sales targets, processes and procedures for the department 
  • Responsible for the performance and the day to day management of the Sales team 
  • Assist the team members with their sales efforts  
  • Ensure the Sales team meets regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects  
  • Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners  
  • Prepare accurate sales documentation and product description of our services  
  • Liaise with Marketing team to help the company’s brand building, drive marketing campaigns focused on areas of interest  
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events  
  • Implement sales strategies to keep the company’s offerings competitive and innovative  
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry  
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company's offering and forthcoming releases

Required Skills

  • 3 to 5 years’ market experience in a similar business development role 
  • Proven track of leading a sales team 
  • In-depth knowledge of working with CRMs, lead tracking and setting sales targets  
  • Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling  
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively 
  • Great communication and leadership skills  
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly  
  • Sound judgement and good business sense  
  • Fluent written and spoken English  
  • Results driven and self-motivated
