Sales rep that solely focuses on outbound prospecting. Unlike quota-carrying salespeople, sales development reps (aka Lead Generation Manager) don’t focus on closing deals. Rather, SDRs focus on building lead lists based on the company's expertise and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and making first intro touches. This enables sales executives to spend more time selling to qualified leads and unburdens them from having to engage in prospecting.

Job Goals

  • Arrange 1st intro call for sales executives with qualified leads

What you will do

  • Search leads based on ICP, Search criteria
  • Import leads profiles into HubSpot
  • Initial leads contacts via corporate email and Linked
  • Update pipeline status 
  • Hand-over to Sales Executives when positive response
  • Take part in weekly Sales meeting to review outbound leads
