You will

  • Interacting with potential candidates and leads on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Skype, Telegram)
  • Crafting and sending recruiting emails
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases.
  • Organizing team-building activities in Kyiv
  • Develop and implement high quality, innovative and cost effective sourcing strategies
  • Perform other HR duties as needed

We expect you to have

  • Good research skills, experience in Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools
  • Experience in sourcing relevant candidates outside of Linkedin
  • General knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.)
  • Good English level (at least Intermediate Level)
  • You are positive, communicative and honest person, attentive to the details
  • Excellent negotiation skills
