Alchemist is the premier accelerator for enterprise startups. This is a rare opportunity to join the team. We are looking for a highly dependable, naturally organized, proactive manager with strong phone presence and email follow up skills. You will be tasked with project managing initiatives with Alchemist’s partners. And also being the voice of Alchemist in conversations where we need to present to a prospective partner, customer, or other constituent in the Alchemist network.

The role affords flexibility to work from home / anywhere as long as there is a dependable internet connection and phone access. We will pay a competitive hourly rate, and it can evolve into a salaried position if the fit is right.

Qualifications / Skills

Strong phone based communication and presentation skills
Strong email follow up and project management skills
2+ years of customer success, account management, support, sales, or project management experience
Highly dependable, self starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities 

* Be the Voice of Alchemist in Introducing our Services and Providing Offerings to Prospective New Partners and Existing Stakeholders

Establish rapport and engender confidence over the phone in new and existing stakeholders who reach out to learn more about Alchemist
Probe into partners needs and interests
Educate prospective partners on the value props of the Alchemist Program by mastering delivery of different presentations and scripts
Assess interests and fit and safeport partners on next steps
Provide support and check ins over the phone to existing stakeholders and prospective partners

* Drive Follow-up with Prospective Partners and Existing Stakeholders

Drive follow up email communications, detailing takeaways, action items and next steps after calls
Ensure any outstanding action items are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
Follow up with prospective partners to ensure prospective relationships are moving forward
For existing stakeholder issues, work collaboratively with members across our network to get resources needed to resolve their issues
Update databases, notes, and records based on discussions had

* Manage Communications in Updates with Alchemist Directors

Create dashboards for communications with Alchemist director summarizing status, open items, and key updates
Work with director to manage and, over time, take over action items requiring director’s involvement
Assist director on calls, especially with follow up communications and action items
