Senior DevOps Engineer
— 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/Systems Engineer/SRE, preferably in a cloud environment
— Experience coding in Python or Go, or other programming languages.
— Demonstrable experience working in large, complex infrastructures
— Experience in a fast-moving, high growth environment
— Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture as well
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills

— Create and maintain frameworks, systems & procedures to understand, control, manipulate, and scale all aspects of all our production environment infrastructure.
— Identify and automate repetitive work
— Build close relationships with the Software and Security Engineering teams, understanding their requirements, so that we can scale the production environment quickly and efficiently
— Report on team metrics
— Planning, goal setting, and tracking for team and individuals on the team
— Prioritizing project work to align with Company goals
