• Strong communication, presentation, time management and planning skills

• Upper-intermediate English level or higher, German is a plus
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Experience with CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar) is a plus

• Develop positive client relationships and handling customers’ needs
• Manage confidential data for existing and prospective clients within CRM, ensure all communications are tracked and relevant documents are attached
