3+ years of relevant experience in a B2B sales role in the tech industry;
Bachelor degree, or equivalent degree;
Experience with CRM platforms and online database search tools is a must (Salesforce, Discover, CRM);
Positive attitude and strong work ethic;
Self-starter and goal-oriented;
Software-minded, with an ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies;
Effective at building relationships with prospects, and nurture as long as it takes to close;
Ability to adapt/shift to an evolving business landscape/ fast-paced environment;
Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and departments;
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills;
Comfortable with a high volume of cold calling;
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a knack for efficiency via automation;
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Remote Job;
Working Hours: 9AM — 6PM EST;

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
Building a thriving Linkedin profile and presence, and prospect leads via the platform;
Understanding customer needs and requirements;
Clearly and effectively articulate the Glassbox value proposition;
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest;
Maintaining an expanding database of prospects within assigned territory via Copper CRM;
Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas;
Setting meetings and providing internal support to the sales process;
Qualifying leads and leading market research;
Strategically prospect, develop, and qualify leads;
Ability to lead sales presentations, both over the phone and in-person;
Constantly build, manage, and expand a pipeline of qualified potential clients;
Expert using Social Media to magnify the online presence.
