— 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting
— Experience of leading a full cycle recruitment process
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels
— Ability to find candidates’ contacts on Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, Skype etc.
— Experience in conducting interviews and forming a profile of candidates
— Experience working in an international fast-moving environment
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher is a must
— Self-organization and result orientation
— High communication and negotiation skills
— Thinking out of the box, creative, proactive person

— Understanding of specifics of mobile development domain
— Experience in direct search and headhunting
— Working experience in startup environment

— Searching for candidates using different sources
— Screen candidates’ resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
— Maintaining recruitment-related reports
— To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs
— Support in HR activities
