Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for sourcing and vetting technical talent. We take a marketing approach to sourcing engineers, so most of the recruiting work is to process incoming applications.

As a Recruitment Lead, you will be managing a team of recruiters to ensure a constantly growing influx of new freelance developers to our network and their proper screening.
— Orchestrate the process of mass recruiting and vetting of freelance developers
— Grow a team of recruiters
— Remove bottlenecks of the screening process and improve speed and quality
— Launch sourcing in new countries
— Coordinate onboarding of new freelancers.
— Make sure that the recruiting team broadcasts Lemon.io values to freelancers.
