3+ years of recruiting experience in IT field;
Ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process;
Experience utilizing social media and internet-based recruiting tools;
High degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills;
Ability to maintain a consistently fast-pace in delivering results;
Ability to consult applicants, market OpsWorks as a great place to work, and negotiate compensation;
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
Upper-intermediate English is a must.

Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
Utilizing a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, social media, and networking to maximize candidate sourcing and grow OpsWorks’ employment brand.
Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions;
Creating job descriptions; make enhancements to existing job descriptions.
Researching and investigation new sourcing ideas and tools.
