Responsibilities will include:
Reconciliations between stakeholders including HR, Payroll, transfer agent, broker and third-party stock administration software
Assist in the preparation of stock related journal entries and key reports distributed to Finance and HR team members
Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, recording all changes as necessary to maintain up-to-date payroll records.
Assist in the preparation of payroll related journal entries and key reports distributed to finance and HR team members.
Provide customer service support to employees on issues as they relate to payroll or payroll related benefits and work closely with HR on compensation-related issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of payroll functions.
At least 1 year of relevant and progressive work experience (Payroll)
Demonstrated experience maintaining confidential information
Exceptional commitment to detail and accuracy in all levels of work
Must have very strong analytical, communication, organizational and customer service skill
Strong Excel software skills
Possesses an intermediate level understanding of payroll processing with an eagerness to expand knowledge and responsibilities in both areas
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency with payroll processing systems
SAP experience, preferred but not required
