We are a product company which is developing a new customer service tool that helps companies manage their service and support cases. A service desk is a customer service hub that allows the inflowing activity to come into one place. Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in QA within commercial projects, especially in manual testing of web-based applications;
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
  • Ability to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
  • Experience in defect report creation/verification with bug-tracking systems;
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing;
  • Creation/maintenance of test documentation;
  • Understanding of SDLC and its stages;
  • Experience with web services and API testing (REST);
  • Strong attention to details and ability to analyze and organize information;
  • Willingness to learn and ability to keep up with QA trends and new solutions,
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently;

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with performance and/or security testing;

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze new features requirements and create test plans/test cases;
  • Perform different types of testing for changes in applications;
  • Perform manual and pre-release testing;
  • Provide support in incidents/issues investigation.
