• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Being independent, self-motivated, disciplined and detail-oriented;
• Strong intermediate English level, being able to communicate via e-mail, texting or by phone
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Knowledge of SQL: to increase the level at least to Junior to work with a Database (MS SQL + basic SQL)

Knowledge in the following areas will be a big plus: Networking, Web technologies; Scripting (bash, python, etc.)

Responsibilities:
• receiving incoming messages or calls (requests)
• processing of the received request — solving the occurred issue if possible or/and passing it to the next support

This position requires a genuine desire:

• to study. We are ready to train the candidate — WHAT should be done to provide quality technical support and HOW to do it.
This position requires following working schedule:
Working hours from 4:00 till 16:00 — one week (7 days); next 2 weeks — days off.
