— 1 year of IT sales experience;
— UpWork outbound bids experience is a must;
— Understanding of the software development process;
— Upper-Intermediate English, both written and verbal;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented;
— Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

— Experience in IT outsourcing company;
— Experience in generating leads using additional sources

— Working with UpWork mail;
— Inbound bids processing;
— Taking part in negotiations with clients;
— Attending conferences, events, and meetups;
— Searching for new сlients and areas of leads and prospects that will become сlients through various channels (Google, LinkedIn, AngelList, Upwork, freelancer, PPH, etc);
— Researching leads’ contact information;
— Recording all lead details in the database;
— Handling CRM;
— Cold emails;
— Communication with customers (answering typical customer questions).
