At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies
Experience in negotiations with management
Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
Experience in applying and tuning the processes so they would work quickly and smoothly
At least Intermediate level of English

Strong networking skills

Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
Collaborating with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making
Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources
Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
Monitoring job market
Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)
Preparing recruitment reports
Maintaining candidates database
