As the Head of Marketing, your goal is to turbo-charge TestGorilla’s lead generation and conversion. You develop the marketing strategy, own all online and offline channels, and gradually build your team.
- Share our passion for helping companies hire the best faster, easier, and bias-free
- Have at least 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in a start-up environment
- Are passionate about using and working with data
- Have deep knowledge of B2B content marketing and SEO and have run successful content/editorial teams before
- Have a good understanding of PPC
- Possess a creative mindset
- Have a strong drive for results
- Can manage multiple projects at once
- Experience with HR tools or assessments is a plus
