⭐️ What is Maître?

Maître a leading company in the referral marketing space. We provide simple tools that allow companies to embed referral programs of any type (think refer-a-friend contests, giveaways, milestone programs, etc) on their own website. Our tools are used or seen everyday by tens of thousands of people around the world.

Our mission is to help companies acquire new customers in a scalable, cheap and sustainable way by scaling and automating their word-of-mouth.

We are a 2.5 years old company and since our launch we have hit several milestones: over 1,500 customers, top 50 most upvoted products of all time on Product Hunt, over 25M (that's millions) leads generated for our customers. We are a bootstrapped company that has been profitable from day 1.

👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 The Team and how we work

The Maître team works remotely, from various places around the world and our ability to work depends solely on having a laptop and access to wifi.

We use a range of tools including Twist, Notion, Google Drive and Skype to enable us to communicate, plan and share information with each other. We take responsibility for our roles and so long as the work is getting done and progress is being made, the time we work is flexible.

This means: we will never count the hours you work!

We believe smart people manage themselves and don't need to be micromanaged. If you are a smart person, we want to talk to you!

🚀 Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an amazing Head of Growth; somebody who can take our user-acquisition game to the next level and has a track record for designing and building user-acquisition machines.

In the day-to-day, your responsibilities will be:
  • Work hands-on to design implement highly converting marketing funnels, landing pages, copy, etc.
  • Run tests, get feedback from users and colleagues, crunch the numbers, and iterate fast
  • Plan and execute our content marketing strategy
  • Hit our aggressive user and revenue targets

  • Coding
  • Financials
  • Customer support (unless you want to)
  • Cold calling

😇 The perfect candidate...

  • Has a proven track record of growing users, customers or sales
  • Is confident working independently, and doesn’t want to or need to be micromanaged
  • Is familiar with several marketing channels and knows how to set up experiments for each of them
  • Is self-motivated
  • Is full of energy and fresh ideas (no idea is a stupid idea)
  • In possession of own laptop/computer and access to wifi
  • Has worked remotely in the past and likes the remote style of work
  • Is a GREAT communicator. Most of the communication will happen asynchronously and via text so being concise and straightforward is of primary importance
  • Is a native English speaker or has an exceptionally good English

💰 Hours and Pay

We are offering a part-time role for 2 to 4 days a week.

As said before, we won't be micromanaging you and your success with us will be judged on the work  you produce. Compensation will be discussed on the call.
