1. Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant experience required
2. Must have very good knowledge with advertising technologies of the online ad landscape including header bidding, RTB, cookie matching, ad networks, ad mediation and how to work ad servers.
3. Strong understanding and technical knowledge of digital analytics and investigation tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Fiddler/Charles proxies, Web Developer Tools and etc.)
4. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally and learn quickly
5. Must be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
6. Deep experience with DFP (or another ad server (AdFox, Atlas, etc)) and AdX / multi-SSPs / multi-ad networks configurations is required
7. Strong working knowledge of modern ad technologies

1. Expert Excel (look-up functions, pivot tables, advanced functions, statistics)
2. Ability and knowledge of building custom ads performance dashboards (experience in writing SQL queries, using report presentation tools like Looker, Redash, Tableau)

Airpush is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Ad Operations Specialist in the technical field. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in the technologies and strategies needed to optimize yield across a network of publisher properties. The candidate must have technical knowledge, possess strong analytical skills and be able to grow relationships with our ad-partners. Manage all deals for SSPs, networks, and exchanges to ensure optimal fill at highest achievable CPMs for mobile web and mobile ads.

1. Implement technical solutions for ad delivery that scalable and maintainable
2. Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues for all ads, provide ad-related technical support to both internal teams and clients
3. Constantly look for improvements, monetization opportunities, conduct A/B tests on a regular base to make data-driven decisions
