Qualifications:
At least four years in enterprise software sales or consulting working with organizations to streamline and automate their business processes
Prior experience in account management or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention is an asset
Business degree or related post-secondary education
Ability to work in a team
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly

Job Summary:
The primary focus of the Account Executive is to ensure that we communicate regularly with our current and new customers and do things necessary to ensure they know how to and use our product to meet their business requirements. You will also work with them to keep their invoicing and accounts receivable with us current. To do this you will be passionate about engaging new and existing customers, educating them and expanding their use cases through published materials, group sessions and one-on-one interactions.

Compensation: Base salary + Commission

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Establish a trusted working relationship with each assigned client and drive the continued value of our products and services to ensure the product continues to meet their needs, that they renew their existing contracts and to identify additional revenue opportunities
Participate in the development of sales and marketing materials of various types to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing and sales processes
Develop and deliver programs to train customer personnel on the use of our products
Plan and organize work to make best use of time to achieve desired results
Communicate with internal departments including Professional Services, Marketing, Sales and Product Management to share customer feedback and arrange for the best solutions for customers
Manage and document information about customers and requirements using the company systems provided
Show initiative and commitment to drive results while being a contributing team member
Identify opportunities for self-development, in conjunction with your supervisor, to continually improve your ability to perform your role and prepare yourself to take on new roles in the future
Reports to: Director of Sales
Territory: Accounts as assigned globally, based at company Technical Offices in Kyiv, Ukraine
