WHAT WE DO:

We apply Agile methodologies to address specific project requirements and shorten the delivery time. Our key technologies include Python, Java, Node.JS, Go, JavaScript, Scala, AWS, Google Cloud, Spark, Kafka, and PHP.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing);
  • Sourcing IT professionals using a smart combination of sources and tools: HH, LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow, Amazing Hiring, Social Media, Telegram, etc.;
  • Using Boolean, X-ray and Direct search techniques to find the most qualified candidates on the market;
  • Create and place vacancies on different professional resources;
  • Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools;
  • Monitor job market;
  • Prepare recruitment reports;
  • Craft and post technical job descriptions;
  • Maintain a database of candidates.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Completed courses in IT Recruiting field;
  • Experience in negotiations with management;
  • Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
  • Proficiency in candidate search and selection techniques, including direct search;
  • Good knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Ability to apply and fine-tune ongoing processes to improve their efficiency;
  • At least Intermediate level of English.
