Create new and support existing Grafana dashboards (internal and client-facing).
Perform ad-hoc data extractions upon request (accounts, finances, support).
Monitor current metrics and alert on anomalies.
Conduct independent research for product insights and respond to specific requests (accounts, product team, support).
Generate monthly reports.
Develop logging schema for new events (supporting new features, roadmap planning).
Research and automate processes for the Account Executive department.
Aggregate data (development, airflow).
3+ years of experience as Game/Product data analyst.
Deep understanding of user behavior and game mechanics.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL.
Experience in BI: development, dashboard support (Tableau/Grafana).
Experience in mathematical modeling: KPI development, quantitative assessment of complex processes.
High level of independence: transformation of a free description into a task, generation and development of your own hypotheses, prioritization of tasks.
Experience with ML for analytical research is a plus.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Presentation skills, consistency.
