Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through Linkedin, Artstation, job portals and social media.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
Present qualified candidates to the hiring managers for further consideration.
Recruitment Coordination:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials, including job descriptions and social media posts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
Market Research and Analyses:
Conduct research on the game development market, industry salaries, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) systems to provide valuable insights for the HR team.
Investigate and recommend new recruitment tools and resources to optimize our hiring processes.
Explore and test new hiring channels to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR administration.
Understanding of the gaming industry and its talent landscape.
Desire to grow into a Recruiter position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and proactive work approach.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
