For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through Linkedin, Artstation, job portals and social media.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

• Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.

  • Present qualified candidates to the hiring managers for further consideration.

• Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials, including job descriptions and social media posts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining recruitment metrics and preparing reports.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.

• Market Research and Analyses:

  • Conduct research on the game development market, industry salaries, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) systems to provide valuable insights for the HR team.

  • Investigate and recommend new recruitment tools and resources to optimize our hiring processes.

  • Explore and test new hiring channels to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR administration.

• Understanding of the gaming industry and its talent landscape.

• Desire to grow into a Recruiter position.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset and proactive work approach.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
