Senior HR Manager Full-time

Now we are looking for a Senior HR professional to boost our HR Business Partnering team, and become an invaluable team-player and driver of our people strategy.


Being part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will work in close collaboration with key managers to develop and enrich Joyteractive culture and people processes. 

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Building partnerships with team leaders and studio management. We believe that HR is a full-fledged business partner, not a service;

  • In collaboration with HRBP Lead building of transparent and understandable HR Processes and Policies (onboarding, team “health” check, proactive retention, learning and development, performance management, off-boarding);

  • Analysis of employee engagement and development of solutions to increase the level of engagement;

  • Resolution of conflict situations together with HRBP Lead and Team Leads;

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience as HR Partner/HR Manager/HRBP in an IT company;

  • Good understanding and experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal);

  • Proven track record of positively influencing leadership at various levels and their teams;

  • Advanced data analysis skills to define problems or substantiate your suggestions;

  • Ability to think and act in terms of business needs;

  • Result-oriented approach;

  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations;

  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English.
