Speedway Games is an independent studio developing cross-platform games on the Roblox platform. We have over 2.1 billion visits to our games and more than 2 million daily players. Our flagship game is Vehicle Legends, a top racing game on the platform for the last 4+ years which features officially licensed cars from car manufacturers.
We are looking for an experienced 3d render artist to work on various of our projects. This is a great opportunity to work with I.Ps from car manufacturers and more.
Create appealing thumbnails, icons, and more for our games
Assemble scenes for renders, choose and assign materials, setup lighting, etc.
Render graphics and complete any required post work
Help with ideation of marketing materials and campaigns
Effectively collaborate with product managers, producers, marketing specialists, artists, etc.
2.5+ years of experience with Cinema 4D and Octane Render
Strong Photoshop skills
Ability to adapt your style to fit previous renders of the project you are working on, and to develop new styles
Understanding of what makes a game icon/thumbnail stand out to players to increase CTR
Ability to assemble a scene with good layout, assign materials, get the lighting right, etc.
A portfolio showcasing your work, accessible from your cv/resume or cover letter
A plus:
Experience as a graphic designer within the Roblox ecosystem and at least a basic knowledge of Roblox studio(including how to export)
Good to Have
Experience working with a professional Roblox game studio/publisher
Experience as a 3d artist
Experience with Driving games and with working on branded work
