At Table Knight Games, we are passionate about creating unique social mobile gaming experiences. We are expanding our team to develop PC and console games and seek a talented “Game Director” to lead this new team and shape our next exciting project. Vision and Leadership: Develop and maintain the creative vision for the game, ensuring it aligns with the studio's goals and audience expectations.
Project Oversight: Oversee the entire game development process from concept to release, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Team Management: Recruit, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, artists, programmers, and other key roles, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Creative Direction: Provide clear and actionable feedback on game design, mechanics, storytelling, art, and audio to ensure a cohesive and compelling player experience.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets high-quality standards, including playability, polish, and engagement.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to keep our games innovative and relevant.
Budget Management: Work within budget constraints to deliver the project on time without compromising quality.
Experience: Proven experience in game development and in a leadership role (e.g., Game Director, Creative Director, Lead Designer).
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of managing and motivating creative teams.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of game design principles, production pipelines, and PC + console gaming platforms.
Creative Vision: A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and gameplay mechanics.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve issues creatively and effectively under pressure.
Passion for Games: A genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming landscape.
English Proficiency: In both written and spoken English.
