Now we are looking for a talented Recruiter, who will join the team to work on various projects in our studio.
Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and analytics
Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data to improve the productivity and recruitment process overall
Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking
Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions
Maintaining corporate documents and databases up to date
Job market analysis and reviews making
Taking part in HR activities if needed
3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to hiring)
Experience in communication with the hiring managers to define their needs, and improve the recruitment process
Experience in sourcing candidates according to vacancies’ requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, social networks, Github, and other resources
Strong networking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and effective presentation and negotiation capabilities
A committed, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
Experience in the gaming industry and passion for gaming would be a significant advantage for this role
