Mainsoft invites Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • analysis of the needs of potential and existing customers to present a suitable solution
  • business correspondence, business meetings
  • negotiation, handling objections
  • filling and updating clients database
  • attending and representation the company at various conferences and key industry events
  • selling IT services to Europe, USA and other markets

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Sales (outsource software development)
  • fluent English communication skills (B2+)
  • excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • solid understanding of sales processes in IT
  • proactivity, high motivation and results-oriented mindset
  • higher education
