🔍Responsibilities:
- Working with CRM customer.io;
- Full responsibility for the process of creating and conducting email marketing campaigns;
- participate in the creation of a content strategy for advertising and information messages;
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design and content) to create compelling emails, in-app and push messages;
- Conduct A/B testing and look for ways to improve CR and Open Rate.
- Collect and segment your user base and create email chains for them;
- Working with designers, manufacturers, analysts;
- conduct regular analysis of key indicators and optimize; strategy taking into account their analysis;
- Retention of players.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CRM/Marketing Coordinator;
- Confident knowledge of online casino products;
- At least 1 year of experience working with email, sms, web-push mailings and other instant messengers or as a content manager;
- Understanding of real-time storage methods;
- Experience with graphic editors;
- Time management skills.
