Brand communications manager

Main responsibilities:
- Developing the communication and brand activation plan based on marketing strategy;
- Managing and creative development of global advertising / integrated marketing campaigns. Supervising on all stages from pitch and documentation till final report;
- Execution of brand and marketing activities (product placements, collaborations, special projects, etc.) addressing major brand and business challenges, coordinate planning & execution with HQ and regional offices;
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- – compile reports of campaign performance and results;
- Support cross-functional teams in supervising or creating and executing communication assets (B2B, B2C Product Marketing Teams and Innovation Hub);
- Managing global trademarks brand approval process with IP dept;
- Act as key evangelist of Kaspersky brand internally. Inspire, engage, and educate employees to act on-brand with internal activities. Maintain brand consistency in marketing / PR / SM communication globally;
- Plan and manage annual budget.

Qualification Requirements
- University Master’s Degree. Preferably in Marketing;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing area. Preferably in digital, media, communications or marketing intelligence in multinational companies;
- English language on upper-intermediate level or above is a must;
- In-depth understanding of theories and practices in brand tracking, digital marketing, campaign efficiency, media planning;
- Data-driven mindset, ability to analyze business results and make impactful conclusions;
- Great presentation skills, confident to represent brand team on global marketing meetings;
- Negotiation and communications skills, ability to work in cross functional and cross cultural teams;
- Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility for results;
- Vast experience in cross-functional coordination of marketing projects;
- Understanding of IT and/or Telecom business is preferred.
