Design and create captivating and balanced levels;
Ensure levels are engaging, fun, and progressively challenging;
Collaborate with the game design team to refine level mechanics and features;
Adjust and balance levels based on player feedback and analytics;
Work with difficulty curves to ensure a smooth and rewarding player experience;
Utilize level editors and Unity to implement and test level designs;
Continuously iterate and improve levels to maintain player interest and retention.
Experience as a Level Designer in the gaming industry 1 year+;
Strong understanding of game mechanics, and level flow;
Proficiency in balancing difficulty curves and ensuring a smooth player progression will be a plus;
Experience with level editors and tools used in game development;
Knowledge of Unity and its level design capabilities or work with the levels editors;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Experience with casual games such as solitaire, match-3, or match-2 games;
Familiarity with creating levels for mobile games;
A portfolio showcasing previous work on similar projects will be a plus.
