We recruit specialists of all levels (from C-level managers to junior developers). For the specific needs of each direction, we create a unique and effective process for attracting and selecting candidates.

Developing effective hiring strategies for positions from Junior to C-level.
Organizing the entire recruitment process: from gathering requirements, designing the process and tools for attraction and selection, to Job Offers.
Creating a candidate flow.
Initial screening of candidates for motivational fit and relevant experience.
Managing the recruitment funnel: analyzing and seeking optimization paths.
Setting up processes in Huntflow, training managers to use the system.
Market analysis.
Over 3 years of experience in hiring IT specialists (preferably in gamedev).
Ability to analyze context, think systematically, and create effective attraction and selection strategies.
Excellent skills in building partnerships with hiring managers.
Expertise in direct search, market knowledge, and working with professional communities.
Proficiency in conversion knowledge, funnel analysis, and hypothesis testing.
Use various tools to assess candidates' motivational fit, competencies, and potential.
Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of effectively presenting both the product and the team.
