Develop core and meta gameplay as well as new features and events for LiveOps;
Develop internal economy and improve game monetization;
Work with analytics—derive hypotheses based on metrics ;
Create and support game design documentation;
Cooperate with the development team to reach best results;
Monitor competitor apps and search for potentially useful features in games of different genres.
2+ years of experience as a game designer in a free-to-play project;
Experience with a multi-resource economy system. Examples of genres: City builder, Idler, Tycoon, Battler, Tower Defense, RPG, Roguelikes, etc.;
Experience with build/character/upgrade customization mechanics is desirable. Examples of genres: RPG, Idler, Strategy, etc.;
Experience operating a released game;
Experience creating design documentation from scratch;
Experience with hybrid monetization;
Experience with analytics (building and testing hypotheses);
Excellent communication skills (ability to explain to the team what direction must be taken and what result must be achieved);
Ability to articulate and communicate ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.
