Design the game economy models
Managing the pricing of virtual goods
Balancing free and paid content within the game
Providing recommendation on player segmentation
Participating in the development A/B testing systems and planning
Contributing to decision-making on new feature development and existing feature modifications
Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to ensure the best player experience
Developing and deploying simulations and predictive models to forecast results of changes and optimize content balancing;
Maintaining system and economic documentation, diagrams, calculation models, prototypes, etc.
3+ years of experience in game system design and monetization strategy for free-to-play mobile games
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Expertise in creating models and tools for modeling and analyzing the game economy and player behavior
Proficient use of Google Sheets
Experience with business intelligence systems (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
