For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Assist the product team with development planning and decision-making processes

• Analyze product changes, providing analytical support for features from the drafting stage through to launch.

• Analyze the game economy and balance, as well as the impact of external factors, delivering conclusions and recommendations for the team's improvement

• Manage the entire cycle of A/B tests: from hypothesis formulation to audience segmentation, results prediction, conducting tests, evaluating outcomes, and scaling successful results

• Contribute to the development of the product's analytical infrastructure

• Mentor junior product analysts

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as an Analyst

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Analyst

• Proficiency in SQL and Python

• Experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

• A strong understanding mathematical statistics and probability theory

• A focus on decision-making with a proactive and independent approach
