Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements;
Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes;
Oversee the game development process, including concept development, design, programming, and testing;
Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers, artists, and programmers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;
Maintain the game’s quality by setting high standards and conducting regular reviews, ensuring the game meets or exceeds industry standards;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including publishers and marketing teams, to align project goals and strategies;
Oversee the project budget, including resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting;
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth project progression;
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to ensure the game’s relevance and competitiveness;
Incorporate player feedback and analytics to enhance gameplay and user experience.
5+ years of experience in game production;
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale game projects;
Deep understanding of the strategy and turn-based game genres;
Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development;
Able to drive various functions through the whole development process;
Good organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines;
In-depth knowledge and passion for video games;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in project management software and tools;
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
Will be a plus:
Extensive experience in the Strategy game genre;
Award-winning portfolio.
