We are a young company consisting of mobile gamedev professionals. Each of us has many years of experience in the industry and at least two successfully launched mobile f2p games on the world market. We are currently working on a new project - a tactical merge auto battler in a fantasy setting.

We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual for the position of Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager. This role is crucial in driving user growth for our mobile games. We are specifically looking for someone with a strong background and experience in this field.

• Executing, monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns across various ad networks.

• Сollaborating with creative teams.

• Conducting campaigns analysis and providing reports.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of proven experience in user acquisition within the mobile gaming industry.

• Experience of successful management of decent-sized budgets.

• Strong plus: experience in the midcore games genre and with in-app monetization model.

• Must-haves: positive attitude, passion for games, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical skills.  

• Strong self-motivation and out of the box thinking.

• Fluent spoken and written English.
