If you are a talented egineer with a 8+ years of combined experience as a Backend / Fullstack developer with at least 2 years as a Tech Lead, ready to take up ambitious projects, grow with us for the long term and be rewarded accordingly, read on.

We need you to take the Tech Lead position in the development of our product infrastructure and 3rd party integrations, including improvement/maintenance of existing components and related services/integrations.

Your main focus for the next few years will be the development and maintenance of the Eiger Modular Toolkit, which is utilized in our core platform and the auxilary products (real-time Business Intelligence, Affiliate Management, CMS Studio). This entails:

1. Developing infrastructural libraries that will serve as modular building blocks for easily constructing all current and future products, encompassing both back-office and frontend functionalities.
2. Creating a specialized, aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly drag-and-drop builder studio tailored for designing/managing specific components of the user interface (both backoffice & frontend).

Work is fully remote, focus is on great teamwork, good vibes and goals. We don't micromanage and count minutes, rather focus on throughput and results.

MAIN FOCUS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development/team (team calls, one on ones etc)
• Assist/mentor team members (you can also code if and when you have time/desire to)
• Monitor performance/efficiency of current stack/IT infrastructure
• Research and suggest ideas worth implementing to improve performance/efficiency
• Do occasional code/infrastructure reviews with the seniors to assure code/implementation quality

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma with a specialization in CS, Software Engineering or other relevant qualification
• 6+ years as a developer
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Director in a team of 4-6 or more
• Experience with strongly typed languages optimized for performance such as  C/Rust/Scala/Go, and ideally also experience with functional programming, using
• REST, working with various DBs, Linux
• Be a result-oriented problem solver
• Ability to effectively organize your time and work at a high pace
• Independence & Team-work
• English - mostly in writing (Jira stack is managed in English), but also orally for team calls etc

BONUS

• Experience with functional programming (Haskell, Skala, python, C, Rust)
• Understanding of the principles of building IT systems
• Experience working with leading blockchain / crypto wallets
• Experience working with AWS cloud, dockers etc
