Itexus is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team and accelerate the company’s growth.

Position Overview

Itexus is looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to join the company’s top management team and take over all marketing activities, assets, resources, and budget, elaborate marketing strategy, and drive the next stage of the company’s growth.

This is a key position for the company, so you will have full support from the company’s top management, a great degree of freedom, resources, and a very lucrative compensation for reaching the set goals.

Itexus is a team of talented professionals in software development, testing, and service support. Since 2013, we have successfully delivered over 250 software solutions to the US and Western European markets. We serve startups, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises across multiple industries including finance, insurance, retail, healthcare, tourism, education, etc.

 Responsibilities

• Elaborating the marketing strategy including goals, channels, tools, activities, KPIs, resources and the required budget
• Synchronizing marketing activities with top management, production and sales departments
• Executing on the agreed plans
• Leading, developing and expanding the internal marketing team into a professional marketing department
• Working with external marketing agencies on copywriting, SEO, design, etc
• Build a sustainable flow of quality inbound leads.
• Leading the effort to specialize the company in certain niches to increase the average order size and rates.

 Requirements

• Experience in managing marketing activities in a software development company.
• Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques SMM, SEO, PPC, Copywriting, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and custom software development market specifics
• Fluent English
• Strong copywriting skills, ability to create or supervise the creation of strong marketing texts
• Creativity, ability to think out of the box
• Ability to formulate plans and find non-standard solutions to complex problems.

 Compensation

Lucrative. Fixed fee + unlimited % from all generated deals.
