Among the products we take pride in are the 2021 hits Count Masters and Fidget Toys Trading as well as Join Clash – one of the most downloaded games of 2020 with 400M downloads. Our projects are constantly ranked as top apps in their categories in dozens of countries, and new games find fans around the world.

To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a User Acquisition Manager.

Team size and structure?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Development and launching of advertising campaigns for hypercasual and casual mobile games;

  • Developing marketing strategies for projects and conducting marketing research;

  • Analyzing the effectiveness and optimizing advertising campaigns based on established KPIs;

  • Maintaining communication with key partners in English;

  • Collaborating with the creative team to create and test creatives;

  • Interacting with product teams, analytics teams, and monetization teams.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 3 years of experience in game development (hypercasual and casual genres);

  • Experience with traffic in Unity, AppLovin, IronSource, Mintegral, FB, Google Ads, etc.;

  • English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher;

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets as an advanced user;

  • Knowledge and understanding of key marketing metrics;

  • Experience working with significant advertising budgets.
