Due to the development of the company's projects, we are looking for an experienced and motivated 3D character artist to help take our visual development to the next level.
- Creating characters through the full pipeline: sculpting (hard-surface armor, organic), low-poly/unwrapping/baking, possibly training in Hand-Paint texturing in the future
- Communication within the team, attending team calls and discussing work processes
- Experience in ZBrush, Maya, Marmoset Toolbag, Substance Painter
- Experience with stylization: clean sculpting skills, solid knowledge of anatomy and understanding character design within the technical stage for further animation
- Modeling for crises. Clean, without wobbling/pinching/non-planar polygons. Can be done in any software (Maya, Blender), but preferred in ZBrush (quad-based low-poly mesh without N-gons)
- Sculpting. Folds, hair, faces. IMPORTANT: Folds are manually sculpted in ZBrush, NO simulation in Marvelous Designer
- Basic understanding of working in UE5 and/or willingness to quickly learn the basics of functionality
- High artistic vision and ability to convey line dynamics in sculpting
- Readiness for an iterative development approach
