The Brand Content Manager makes sure that our upper funnel brand content activities are properly integrated with activities down the funnel to win hearts and minds of B2B audiences and optimize the direct conversion route to the business.
The Brand Content Manager will focus on three key areas:
- Ensure a consistent storyline over time and within the micro-funnels they create (with the Head of Brand Content): Find topics, define content plans, help align the content plans of different teams with the overall brand content strategy.
- Create incentives for viewers to engage with the brand further: develops tactics to incentivize viewers to continue on their content journey.
- Create emotional and factual shortcuts to decision making: Develops tactics to include product mentions without alienating viewers and keep a consistent emotional brand experience throughout the journey.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in marketing, communications or journalism
- Any other degree, if suitable work experience
- 3+ years in corporate communications or marketing, in-house or agency; alternatively, journalism
- Experience in content creation and development of content strategies
- Knowledge about video production processes
- Solid understanding of the customer journey in Enterprise business
- Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels
- Analytical mindset and data driven approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to prioritize, organize others to achieve goals
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Team player
- Ability to find creative and alternative ways to perform on KPIs
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Understands the customer journey

Day to day key activities summary:
Journey/funnel development
- Maintains a content calendar listing ALL video content produced by regions, SM, PR and global marketing
- Analyzes the content calendar to find synergies and suggests how to align launch dates and group content pieces for stronger impact
- Develops and executes tactics to cross-promote content amongst the viewers and nurture them
- Identifies gaps and fills them
Messaging alignment and control
- Suggests to the Head of Brand Content which content pieces to include in the brand content journey and creates a respective implementation plan
- Creates production briefs and reviews content (under the responsibility of the Brand Content team) to ensure messaging consistency
- Stays in close alignment with the other content producing teams and runs a content strategy call once per month
Product focus
- Understands the product portfolio and participates in product trainings and briefings by product marketing
- Reviews content briefs and suggest product integrations
General
- Supports media productions in the role of a producer or executive producer
- Manages agencies
- Creates project plans for productions and campaigns
- Regularly reports to stakeholders
The result and outcome of the role are to:
- Improve customer journey from top funnel content to our actual product offering/ Improved conversion
- Improve brand awareness in key markets according to Brand Team KPIs
- Perception change: Build strong brand image as international cyber security provider and technology leader in both business segments
- Success of produced content by brand awareness dimensions: views, watchtime, subscribers, returning viewers
