As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and implementing hardware, software and specific solutions and applications running Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, Ubuntu Server. This position provides leadership for our world-class 24×7 x 365 production support, spanning all aspects of hybrid environments. This individual must be comfortable in a team environment, be willing to manage multiple tasks and be a self-starter with the ability to complete tasks autonomously.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Responds to customer service requests and provides production support coverage
Supports, and improves production, development, test and DR environments on supported Data Center platforms. Develops tools and scripts to assist with routine maintenance tasks (bash, Perl, and Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Assists development teams with major Linux based application installs, upgrades and patching
Creates, maintains, and updates platform documentation and standard operating procedures
