Define and drive the artistic vision and style of the game, ensuring a cohesive and captivating visual experience.
Lead and inspire a team of artists across various disciplines, including character design, environment art, animation, and UI.
Collaborate closely with the game design and development teams to align artistic vision with gameplay and technical requirements.
Oversee the entire art production pipeline, ensuring quality and consistency while meeting deadlines.
Provide feedback and mentorship to the art team, fostering a creative and efficient work environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in game art and graphics to keep the game competitive and visually innovative.
At least 5 years of experience in game art direction or senior art roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proven experience leading and managing an art team in a game development setting.
Extensive knowledge of art processes from concept to final in-game assets.
Proficiency in art software such as Photoshop, Maya, 3DS Max, or similar.
Proven skills in 3D modeling, animation, or visual effects.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and how they contribute to player experience and game design.
Strong understanding of mobile games and their distinct visual styles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems creatively.
Fluent English level.
It will be a plus:
Contributions to shipped titles in the gaming industry
Experience in a PC game project is highly desirable.
Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
