Realix is an international GameDev company headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. In just a few years we have grown from a small startup to an IT company, now we are a team of 50 talented professionals. We develop a unique GameFi project MetaTrace — a mobile crypto game and metaverse based on real-world geolocation, Web3, and NFT technologies. This game represents the technology of a better future. For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🛠 What will you do:
- Creation a functioning game loop and balance gameplay;
- Generating addictive mechanics according to the existing game laws and align them with business needs;
- Establishing the balance of the project's economy and a system for game metrics;
- Allocation resources across levels, balance the distribution of events and item drops, participation in the design of features.
- Analyzing game statistics and player behavior to identify weaknesses in the game and improve the main KPIs of the project.
- Building predictive models for the cryptocurrency course of the metaverse and item prices on the in-game market.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- Strong expertise in game design focusing on balancing and statistical data analysis;
- Portfolio with financially successful products;
- Experience with narrative, level design, arcade, hyper-casual, casual game mechanics;
- Understanding of monetization in free-to-play games and ad monetization.
