2-3 years of experience as a growth manager, product analyst, marketing manager or related role that drives business performance;
Data-driven approach, strong analytical skills;
Experience with product and marketing analytics (preferably in mobile), understanding of campaign and product metrics: ROI, LTV, CTR, CPA, CPM, etc;
Knowledge of English at С1 level;
Experience with subscription business model is a plus;
Knowledge of subscription mechanics on iOS and Android platforms is a big plus;
You are a proactive, self-driven and committed person who doesn’t wait for guides and instructions and takes ownership of projects, likes to innovate and test new approaches;
Project management and multitasking skills;
Excellent communication skills.

Generate product and marketing hypothesis for user acquisition and monetization scenarios;
Develop analysis reports on the projects to track the progress - build mobile app conversion funnels, find bottlenecks and potential growth points and opportunities to reach business goals;
Research competitor apps and services, monitor trends in subscription business model with focus on mobile;
Initialize business requirements for the product scenarios leading to acquisition, monetization and retention improvement, new platform features (Google, Apple);
Collaborate with marketing, design and product development teams in cross-functional Growth stream activities.
