For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create detailed and realistic game environments, including landscapes, cities, buildings, and ruins, consistent with the vibrant Cyberpunk aesthetic;

• Model and texture 3D objects to populate the environments, ensuring high quality and realism;

• Utilize software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, ZBrush, etc., for modeling and texturing tasks;

• Optimize game environments to ensure efficient performance across various VR headsets;

• Implement lighting design and composition techniques to enhance the atmosphere and visual appeal of game worlds;

• Collaborate effectively with other team members, including designers, artists, and programmers;

• Create spatial puzzles to enhance gameplay immersion.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Work on commercial projects for 5+ years;

• Proven experience as an Environment Artist in the game development industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality environment art;

• Good level of spoken English;

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting techniques;

• Expertise in industry-standard software, including Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, ZBrush, etc.;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;

• Leadership experience is a plus.
