• Working closely with company management, legal, and financial team to maintain company policy to foster comfortable long-term people experience

• Onboarding and offboarding of contractors including organization of performance reviews and follow-ups

• Helping with sourcing & selection of new contractors

• Promotion of company brand and values internally and externally

• Efficiently organizing deliveries for company and contractors' needs including administrative requests

• Organization of internal events and celebrations
