We are in search of a passionate and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a strong commitment to implementing effective customer support processes. In this role, you will not only lead the implementation of support tools and processes but also directly engage with our players to address their inquiries and concerns.
Lead the implementation of customer support processes and tools to streamline operations.
Actively respond to player inquiries, feedback, and issues, ensuring a prompt and professional resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to product improvements based on player feedback.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide accurate and helpful information to players.
Create and maintain a transparent account of our players relationship with our product and share it with the team
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles, preferably within the gaming industry.
Proven track record of implementing effective customer support processes and tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries.
Knowledge of community management is a plus but not mandatory.
