For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, including press releases, media pitches, and influencer partnerships, manage the team community, and drive user acquisition within the web3 and web2 ecosystem

  • Develop and use performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts and budgets, guiding decisions for optimizing campaigns and maximizing ROI

  • Manage the collaboration on all communication channels and projects narrative

  • Business development activities

  • Create a marketing content pipeline, ensuring coverage of partnerships, product launches, etc. within the Rebel Bots ecosystem

  • Actively engage with our community across various platforms, including attending and speaking at spaces on behalf of the company, fostering relationships, and attract more people to community

  • Oversee the creative process and manage design assets for social campaigns to ensure brand's visual identity is represented across all touchpoints

  • Streamline and optimize marketing processes through the use of marketing automation tools

  • Manage the marketing budget together with strategy and operations

  • Stay up to date with market trends, community feedback, and competitors’ activities, and incorporate these into the marketing strategy

  • Report to CEO

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with proven success and experience in web3, gaming, or related fields

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • Experience in marketing and social media within the Web3 space, ideally in games

  • KPIs and goals oriented

  • Good understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking

  • Superior knowledge of social media platforms and ability to adapt quickly to new innovating trends and technology

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment
