We are looking for a PPC Team Lead to develop and implement outstanding advertising strategies for our Amazon platform. Your work will be critical to achieving our business goals, increasing our brand awareness, and driving sales. You will lead a team and ensure strict adherence to our strategy, ensuring the success of our Amazon advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Developing an optimal pay-per-click (PPC) strategy aimed at achieving business goals, increasing brand awareness, and increasing sales.
- Control and follow-up: Ensure strict adherence to the approved strategy to reduce risks and ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Hypotheses and Testing: Continuous Promotion and Testing of Hypotheses to Improve the Effectiveness of Campaigns and Increase ROI.
- Performance control: ensuring the high quality of all aspects that affect the success of advertising campaigns, including the semantic core, listings, text and graphics.
- Amazon Compliance: Ensuring that advertising campaigns comply with the rules of the platform and maintaining a positive image for the company.
- Department Management: Organization of Teamwork, Motivation, Training, and Maintaining High Efficiency, as Well as Training in New Skills and Approaches in Advertising.

- Experience: 3+ years of successful experience working in PPC on Amazon, with proven experience of achieving business goals and increasing ROI.
- Experience with food additives and cosmetics will be an advantage.
- Experience: A deep understanding of the Amazon platform, its advertising tools (including Amazon Advertising and Amazon Seller Central).
- Analytical skills: the ability to analyze data and metrics in order to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Leadership qualities: experience in managing a team and the ability to motivate and develop its members
- Technical competence: knowledge of analytics tools and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Creativity: The ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses for improving advertising campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with other team members and stakeholders.
- Result orientation: willingness to work towards results and achieve the company's business goals through advertising campaigns on Amazon.
- Educational experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- English level B1/B2
- Russian level B2/Advanced
